1. Ordering Process
All orders are placed directly through WhatsApp. Our website displays our farmers and typical produce, but final availability and pricing are confirmed via chat based on the day's harvest and catch.
2. Freshness Guarantee
We source directly from Kerala's farmers and fishing communities. Our goal is to deliver produce within 24 hours of harvest. Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, slight variations in size and color are natural.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to seasonal changes and market availability. Payment methods will be discussed and finalized during our WhatsApp consultation (typically UPI or Cash on Delivery).
4. Delivery
We deliver to specific regions across Kerala. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by harvest conditions or weather. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you receive produce that is not up to our quality standards, please notify us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will provide a replacement or credit for your next order.
